Ingredients
12 ounces unsalted turkey breast, cooked
3 cups red apple
1 cup celery
1/2 cup onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apple juice
Preparation
Cut turkey into cubes. Dice celery and apple; finely chop onion.
In a medium bowl, combine turkey, apple, celery and onion.
Add mayonnaise and apple juice. Stir together until well mixed.
Chill until ready to serve.
