Serious Offence
The Disciplinary action is immediate termination from duties without any compensation.
Those who violate or ignore the company's regulation or announcement in accordance with the law are to be punished by their Department Head in line with the company's Punishment Regulation and acknowledged by the Human Resources Manager to ensure fairness of such action.
Those who still violate or ignore the company's regulation and are proven that they are guilty, the Human Resources are authorized to process the punishment with the final approval granted by the Hotel Manager.
Other offences not specified in the regulation are upon the entire consideration of the management based on each case and appropriate reason.
