• Attainment of growth and financial goals as established and approved by the Senior Management.
• Establishes own professional developmental plan, and also establishes and oversees implementation of professional developmental plan for facility staff.
• The roles are 70% of Business Development and 30% of Site Management.
• Manage and Lead SCM function into a world class efficient organization.
• Implement effective procedures and policies for the function to drive rapid improvement of the function in consultation with corporate office.
• Country lead for site & facility for Thailand. Accountable and responsible for site P&L.
• Driving country account portfolio ensuring sales & revenue are to meet commitments & growth targets
• Driving sales leads and pipeline working with internal and external parties, cross functional and regional
• Participate in corporate strategic planning and implement strategic goals and objectives
• Keep up with the industry trends, attend trade shows, conventions and seminars as appropriate or as directed
• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the facility, overseeing that work is accomplished by the account managers and supervisors, and that it is consistent with corporate policies and objectives
• Oversee that the inventory management is consistent with sales, cost, cash flow and financial goals
