It is obviously important, when working on the health system, to follow an systemic approach. So, I advise you to study more about the complex adaptive system issue. In attachment, an interesting book: the whole book is interesting, and the first chapter especially focuses on “system thinking”. Occupational zoonotic disease may be a good entry point for studying the health system. Your English is rather OK, but you still need to improve on, by writing, reading, listening, talking. You may remember that Dr Yongyuth and I mentioned your interest for a PhD to our colleagues at ITM in Antwerp (Belgium). I suggest that you develop a little bit your problematic, which is the issue at stake and the related questioning, and write a proposal for a PhD.
