RETURNS POLICY
Regular-priced items purchased online and delivered within Singapore can be returned free of charge* by submitting a Return Request via the online store, within 10 days from the invoice date.
Please ensure that the item(s) is in brand new original condition, original packaging and with the original tags and tickets attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
All returns via the online store will be refunded by way of CHARLESKEITH.COM store credit into your account.
