Cooking Methods
1. Marinated chicken with teriyaki sauce for 15 mins then grill until cooked and after that cut into pieces, set a side.
2. For shrimp corn spread, on sliced French bread place the vegetable and shrimp then topping with corn spread decorate with egg shrimp.
3. For chicken teriyaki spread, on sliced French Bread place the vegetable and grilled chicken as a layer then topping with chicken teriyaki decorate with roasted sesame and spring onion.
