Situated near Rokkaku-do, Izura Kanko Hotel consists of two buildings on either side of Rokkaku-do. An annex “Taikanso” is on the northern side of Rokkaku-do, and Japanese style “Honkan” (main building) on the southern side. We have a special guest room, the parts of which were moved from Tenshin’s old cottage and reassembled.
In addition, into the bathtub of Taikan-no-yu, affluent hot spring water is being poured as it is, which is one of the most luxurious things you can experience here. Visitors can enjoy hot spring bathing in the both buildings. One-day hot spring bathing plans are also available, which gains popularity. Izura-no-yu was renewal-opened in May 2012, and Taikan-no-yu in October 2012.
The specialty in winter is anglerfish cuisine.
Dishes of local fresh seafood of Izura are one of specialties. Seafood dish plans and abalone dish plans are provided, and in winter anglerfish dish plans are very popular.
