Freeze dried ABY-1 yogurt cultures containing Streptococcus
thermophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, L. acidophilus
LA-5 and B. animalis subsp. lactis BB-12 were obtained from
CHR Hansen Pty Ltd (Bayswater, VIC, Australia) and directly used
as starter culture. P. jensenii 702 was obtained from the Laboratory
of Microbiology, University of Newcastle, Australia.
