We’re struggling to give you any more insight into Meatopia than the title already gives. This is truly the porky paradise, pinnacle of beefy BBQ bliss, and the Promised Land of lamb. We could go on (the rapture of ribs, the nirvana nice nosh, the Valhalla of veal) but we’re sure you get the picture.
Meatopia has a commitment to the absolute best; that means only ethically-sourced, local, completely organic meat cooked over a real fire (no butane, no propane, just wood or charcoal burning) and using every part of the animal from head to toe – for the organisers of Meatopia, wastage is just as criminal as bad quality.
The festival will be hosting over 20 top-quality international chefs each day on the demo stage, as well as a fantastic line up of free samples and tasters in the Cutting Room, presided over by DJ BBQ on the decks. The Tasting Room will offer even more variety, as well as a wealth of artisan ales, craft beers, and plenty of fine wines and spirits to enjoy with your food.
To keep the crowds entertained there will be exciting live music performances from all kinds of different genres, as well as street theatre and entertainers on hand. We really think you ought to check out this event – there’s a lot at steak.
