Responsibilities:
The Senior Training Officer will report directly to the Human Resources Manager and will be responsible for the following key functions:
Analysis and Planning:
Collaborating with the Training Director to analyse and plan training programmes and manpower development.
Identifying training and manpower development strategies to fulfil business objectives.
Communication and Implementation:
Collaborating with representatives from all concerned units to demonstrate training programmes and manpower development. Explaining goals, procedures and roles of individuals involved.
Communicating the process of training and manpower development.
Collaborating with the Training Director to provide training plans and manpower development advice to all concerned units
