6.1The CLIENT
The CLIENT shall at all times install, operate and maintain The EQUIPMENT and supporting equipment such as Westfalia de-sanding cyclone to protect The EQUIPMENT for excessive wear and tear due to abrasive sand particles in the feed. The CLIENT will further agree to operate The EQUIPMENT & De-sanding Cyclone in accordance to Manufacturer's recommended procedures and instruction manuals inclusive of lubricants change at prescribed interval. The CLIENT shall take Insurance cover for The EQUIPMENT towards Operator Error, Electrical Fault, Act of God and Theft/Vandalism. WSTHAI shall not be hold responsible for any damages to The EQUIPMENT or parts due to any of the above reasons. The CLIENT agrees to take immediate action on recommendations made by WSTHAI’s service engineers to correct any abnormality in the plant, which may affect proper function/performance of The EQUIPMENT. Failure on the part of The CLIENT to take required action will render this agreement null and void.

The CLIENT shall NOT attempt to make remedial repair measures and adjustments without approval and advice from WSTHAI for the activities to be carried out. The CLIENT shall not disassemble the machine without the presence of WSTHAI representative or without approval and advice from WSTHAI for the activities to be carried out. The CLIENT can only remove WSTHAI’s representative from the Site in case of ill health; injury; disregard for safety regulations applicable to the Site; use or possession of alcohol, narcotics, or other prohibited substances; possession of firearms or other weapons.
For regular maintenance, The CLIENT shall provide their own grease for the smooth operation of The EUIPMENT in accordance to Manufacturer's recommendation as per instruction manuals inclusive of lubricants change at prescribed interval.This Service Agreement will commence only upon CLIENT having repaired all existing EQUIPMENTS under this Agreement to normal operating conditions. This would mean that EQUIPMENTS will be inspected by the WSTHAI and necessary recommendations made to the CLIENT to service/overhaul/replace parts at CLIENT cost.
