Please be advised that Ard Hofman is in charge of QRC operation as General Manager effective 15 August, 2014. I will join Asia Pacific engineering team as Engineer Specialist, Vibro-elastics, responsible to advise/ review vibration data report and deliver solution when required. I still be around in QRC till End October. After that I will work from home base.
It’s my honor to have a good time working with all you even long or short. I have seen so many thing changed in term of improvement in QRC since I was start in October year 2001. It was almost 13 years past. We have moved from workshop, those time not far from garage, to be a Service Center and now becomes well known Quick Response Center. We have brought our reputation to meet customer needs and exceed customer expectation in most of their requirement. Remembered or not that we are the Rayong QRC who won the 2010 Flowserve President Cup QRC Performance together.
There may have some area to be improved which I am confident that Rayong QRC has a strong culture of “ One Flowserve “ and “ Customer Focus “ which would bring us up to the next higher level of supply and services.
I am and will be thinking to all of you as my memorial forever. Anyway, see all you or most of you and your family in our upcoming “ Company outing “ at Kanchanaburi October 2014.
