We work on sales management within the restaurant. This program use 4 user is Admin, Owner,Cashier, and Kitchen to make work in a restaurant. Prevent dropped its bill and risk minimum errors,such as get order sent to the kitchen and change according to order.
3.1 The Analysis of the Current System
Restaurateurs problem, Internal management mistakes , bill lost , Make the sales did not match the revenue. The service is delayed. Because manager use existing system (paper-based system) it probably have problem about lose data or hard to analyze information. Customer problem, they earned and spent waiting for the food for a long time. Don't get food exactly as ordered that the customer time.
