Please be advised that we only have one agency agreement that stands between us and the hotelier and this is accepted at the time the property is registered.
Unfortunately we do not work with THB. Again, this is something that is clear at the time of registration and when rates are loaded.
The person that has loaded the rates would clearly see that it is to be loaded in USD.
This reservation will need to be honoured as it is a confirmed reservation booked on the basis of what rates have bene loaded and availability. You will need to speak to your bank how you can take payment in local currency or have to convert it from your end.
The extranet account was created in January 2014 and Ms Fai did the registration. I also used to speak to Mr Ingo who knew full well how TR work and there was never any currency issues raised.
Unfortunately we cannot work with local currency and we only have one agency agreement that stands.
Should you wish for us to disable all the Pinnacle properties we can do this please let me know.
