Technology is evaluated on its ability to improve productivity and customer satisfaction. Nestlé has a dedicated team responsible for ensuring that NPPC and other businesses have access to the needed technology. The corporate IT group, as well as the IT department in NPPC, frequently polls internal users/customers to identify their needs and priorities and makes every attempt to provide people with the IT tools they need to do their jobs well. We have a project review board made up of leaders from various parts of the business to advise on IT priorities and allocation of resources.
