It is time for the employee’s Year-End Performance Evaluation. Please read the attached guideline, as a preparation to fill up the Performance Evaluation Form.
In the coming weeks your year-end review meeting will take place. It's now time to fill in your self-assessment form and prepare yourself for the meeting.
Attached is the 2013 Performance Evaluation Form for your perusal.
Your Manager will invite you to the performance meeting which will commence from February 11th, 2014. The complete process needs to be finalized by February 24th, 2014 at the latest. During this meeting your performance review form and your personal training plan is discussed.
The Employee Performance Review Profile
The printed employee performance form is used as a guidance for the meeting. You and your manager will fill out the form separately in advance of the meeting. The performance appraisal discussion with you is in essence the Overall Evaluation that measures the performance, skills, behavior and the objectives (KPI) set for 2013 as the three parts are inter-related and compliments each other in order to meet the required performance and or targets based on your performance. The year-end employee performance review and the mid-year progress review gave you a good basis for the personal development within Orisoft. Achieving the discussed items in the review meeting is therefore important for both you and your manager. This bi-directional meeting will result in a formal rating. After this meeting, this needs to be signed and your manager will forward the review HR (Seri) to be uploaded into the personal folder.
