Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
· Providing full secretarial support to the MD.
· Planning and organizing the MD's work schedule to maximize his/her use of time, allowing adequate time for meetings, and ensuring that all planned tasks can be completed.
· Making travel arrangements and booking accommodation as required.
· Handling all telephone calls and correspondence, and screening as appropriate to ensure the President's time is used efficiently.
· Providing support during shareholders' meetings and board meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Strong interpersonal skill
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Excellent command of computer skills
