HR executives (execs) and their staff can increase the influence
they have on organizations and on marketing their vices. This view presents four actions that they can take to be a better business partner with their other departments. Human resources can make a great contribution if HR execs and HR
staffs make a concerted effort to have their services used.
HR needs to be seen as a department that is a consultative
problem-solver and as the leader in all efforts that build upon
this belief in appreciative inquiry.
