The proposed demonstration will comprise:
• Laptop or desktop to run the REM backend with the toolboxes for data processing/analysis, along with the REM/RRM GUT.
• Tn total 10+ spectrum measurement devices providing real- time spectrum measurements as an input to the REM processing/inference algorithms.
• At least two pairs of WiFi communication devices which utilize the REM based radio resource management to perform real time communication (e.g. video streaming, file transfer etc.). The WiFi devices can be laptops (which use Windows as operating system and the Native WiFi APT, including the Native 802.11 miniport driver) or smartphones (using open source Android WiFi APT).
To the best of the authors' knowledge, this prototype is one of the first in terms of REM-facilitated Smart-WiFi.
