the transport Ministry reported on November 8 that bus No.8 received
the most complaints from dissatisfied customers .
Operated by a private firm between kheha Rom Klao and Memorial
Bridge,the bus line received 345 complaints,or almost one dally,from
members of the public in the 2015 fiscal year.
The most common complaints recelved dealt with reckless driving,
refusing to stop at some bus stops during heavy
traffic and being impolite to passengers.
