The obtained field data were plotted in bi-log graphs and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by curve matching and computer iteration using the Win RESIST software to obtain the formation strata and the actual depth of viable aquifer in the study area.
The results from the analysis of the field data were interpreted to obtain the geoelectric sections of the town
from which the subsurface lithology and hydrogeology were stratified for effective citing of reliable boreholes for
optimal harnessing of groundwater from prolific aquifer in Edjekota.
