In additional to the questionaries, interview questions were also taken into account. The interview question shows that some children feel indifferent when their parents control their watching behaviors. It is good sign that mojority of the children are aware of TV watching hours they should have in a day and they also prefer outdoor activities such as sports with their parents. Furthermore, most children think that TV viewing hours are directly related to their eating behavior because most children said that they consume snacks and drinks while watching TV and they are not aware of the amount they have taken. Thus, they think that reasonable controls from parents and inclusion of other leisure activities can immensely affect their weight in positive ways. They believe that if they watch less TV, they will eat less and, as a result, they will their weight controlled.
