Quantitative determination of capsaicinoids in this work was
performed using capsaicin as external standards by means of afive
points calibration curve. The regression equations was
y¼80,266xþ1839 with correlation coefficientR¼0.9987 (n¼5),
and the linear range was 0.054e0.27mg. The contents of capsaicinoids were described as the total contents of two main capsaicinoids (i.e., capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin).
