As reminded earlier on service news OP0993 that device is required to have repair creation, else FMiP should not be escalated by ASPs. For the 5 weeks back, CopperWired had 29 cases that escalation is made and no repair afterwards. Raw data is as attached
Compliance has right to charge back as stock price for these request as it’s not followed service news. Please ensure to cascade this information to all staffs. If customer need FMiP to be unlocked, he need to contact callcenter for support.
