Mr & Mrs Stewart arrive with their young child at 12.15pm. The child is screaming because she is
hungry and as soon as you seat them Mrs Stewart asks for a bowl of chips.
More customers arrive and your own tables are demanding your attention and you forget to order the
chips. Several customers have made a complaint to you about the screaming child.When you go back to take Mr & Mrs Stewart’s order you remember the chips and rush to the kitchen
to order them and ask Chris (the Head Chef) to prepare them ASAP. Chris gets the chips ready and
sends them with a waiter, but to the wrong table.
By this stage the child is uncontrollable and you are thinking that you may have to ask them to leave
just to keep the other customers happy.
