Session Timeout
If you leave the browser open but you are not actively interacting with the application, at some point the session will timeout and all data will be erased. You will receive an error when you return and attempt to use the application and you must reopen the application to continue. The timeout interval is set to 120 minutes within the application, but this may be overridden by the server. To avoid potential loss of data, use the download and upload functions to save and restore your data if you are not able to complete the analysis within one session.
The organization of the program and the data that supports it should be intuitive to most die casters. All of the data used are organized as a project corresponding to one machine/die/plunger setup that can be saved and downloaded as a project file containing both the results and the input information.
