There are other parts I'd also like to automate, like accounts for the dive centre, staff wages, invoices we receive, retail stock, inventory of dive equipment, and more, etc.
There will be five people including myself I'd like to have access to the apps. I will be admin, and grant access to certain documents to certain staff. I'd also like to share some sheets with other staff on a view only setting.
Try to keep the quote low as I have to sell this to my partner also.
Other info you should know, we can sign up for a business Google Apps account, and I already have a Zapier subscription. Our website is here, and will be overhauled and updated as soon as I have time to finish the updates with our web developer.
I'd like to keep Google calendar central in this somehow, unless you have any other suggestions. I'll attach a screenshot of our current calendar view, which is where we have to look at the moment if we want to know anything about current bookings, planning, of staff allocation. It's a mess.
