- The Company may pay bonus to permanent Employee on December of every year.
- The Permanent Employee who has worked for the Company less than 1 year on the date of payment of bonus may receive bonus in proportion of the months he/she has worked for the Company. Should he/she had worked less than 1 month, he/she shall be regarded as having worked for 1 month.
- The bonus shall be paid through Permanent Employee’s account for the amount based on Permanent Employee’s last basis salary on December 31 of the respective year.
- A Permanent Employee who resigns from the Company prior to the date of payment of bonus shall in no case be entitled to the payment of bonus.
