95. (a) If a Bill initiated in the Pyithu Hluttaw or the Amyotha Hluttaw is approved
by both Hluttaws, it shall be deemed that the Bill is approved by the
Pyidaungsu Hluttaw.
(b) If there is a disagreement between the Pyithu Hluttaw and the Amyotha
Hluttaw concerning a Bill, the Bill shall be discussed and resolved in the
Pyidaungsu Hluttaw.
