Human resource Management Policy
Human resources management can be divided into four areas:
-Influence of People
Employees are "stakeholders' with interests in the organization which are important in considering how an organization function: these range from salary and other financial rewards so dignity, satisfaction and status.
-Work System.
The work system is the definition and design of work. The role of ICTs can be vital, used properly they can empower people, used badly they can reduce them to little more than automata
-Human Resource Flow.
The flow of people in, through, and out of an organization must be managed to produce the right mix of knowledge and skills, if the organization is to meet its strategic objectives.
- Reward System.
Reward are important to attract, motivate and retain staff Questions which arise include remuneration for individuals or group. For example, should there be profit sharing and how should non- cash reward be used: status, good, and services?
