Can you please arrange an evaluation form for khun Ning san. We once failed to evaluated her 60 days performance evaluation during probation period.
From her record, we found that;
1. She failed to manage the VISA and work permit for our Japanese staff on time which caused 2 staff failed their visa and make us chain reaction to renew them.
2. She proceed the visa and work permit with BOI without proper knowledge.
3. She has no proper knowledge for acting as the senior general affairs officer, for taking care of the whole factory.
4. She denied to learn how to manage the ISO 9001 / 14000
5. She does not cooperate well with my command and seldom visit to the manufacturing line to observe the staff demand.
6. She has never observe the whole factory for checking our internal requirement.
7. She urgently need many improvement to fit the jobs.
