Check-in is improving every year the constraint is more of Airport Authority space allocation. Thai Airways have not been barred by Airport Authority of Thailand (AAT) for check-in as well as parking bay for aircraft. It is down to airport problem.
Thai Airways have gained reputation for the services on the ground i.e. check-in services. The check-in for First class, Business class and Group has been separated for the conveniences of passengers. I understand that Thai Airways will emphasize more on IT system to support the check-in services. I think the check-in system, at present, provide the convenience to the passengers.
The airline added amenities to passengers by increasing machine and internet check-in kiosk to improve the channels for passengers Check-in easier.
At check-in this means that in Suvarnabhumi Airport is not anything more important issues. The airline has been trying to improve and make a smooth throughout. The airline has increased. Counter to create comfort for the passengers’ First class, Business class and Economy class will see that since the opening of Suvarnabhumi Airport, the airline has a facility for passengers to reduce the problem of by late residual check-in time and whenever a problem arises when no such mistake to confirm these Thai Airways no expertise in solutions that are good enough. Thai Airways International will need to train the personnel to fix the problem as well.
