I am forwarding you my recent discussion with booking.com. I DO NOT want to cancel my booking anymore.
I have been charged 29,20 euros today, I believe this is the price of one night, however I have not cancelled my room. I will be staying in your hotel on the dates I originally reserved in August. As I have mentioned below in the email to booking.com I would like to request a quiet room at the back of the hotel on the highest floor possible. We would like to stay in the quietest room available please, thank you. I hope that request is accepted as I am informing you a long time in advance.
I just wanted to let you know about those things, I am not cancelling my booking, we will be staying at your hotel and we would very much appreciate a quiet room.
Please could you confirm the receipt of this email and that everything is ok with my booking.
