This week I attended an important activity with a friend in the room. I like it very much. It is an activity workshop Thai Food. It is Thailand cooking that I never eat before, but with the charm make it inviting to passion of food. Menu that was introduced today is Kao Chae. These days, there are chefs introduce how to make Kao Chae and preview the cooking experience more closely. Kao Chae is the wisdom of the ancients who invented without condiments like modern people today. But however, the taste of the food, I get taste very delicious beyond it.
Today Kao Chae has many side dishes of something I had never known before, but it's something I know a little about this. Today, I and my friends will be performing Kao Chae made me very excited to try the craft itself. The first activity is today a group of us wearing sarong came because we intend to maintain the culture of Thailand. After that, our group began to learn how to make Kao Chae meticulously. Kao Chae will float in flower water together to eat the fresh scent of flowers. The floating flowers water is popular in the early evening. Hurry and bring the flower petals out from the water that morning. It’s will result in a water floating fragrant flowers than usual. After that, I and my friends began to follow the ball, shrimp paste. I've learned how to make a simple shrimp paste ball but firmly with the benefit of many herbs in Thailand. Chefs prepare herbs for all students. After that, we were all pounded, the last detail, it is a small ball statue. Enough, the statue is complete, with fry over medium heat. We'll have the ball, shrimp paste that is filled with flavor, flavor and aroma of the herbs Thailand. The new menu started with a pork-stuffed bell pepper filament. The menu is simple, but the flavor I tasted was delicious beyond expectations. The first step is to bring the pork chops, stuffed them in bell pepper in moderation after that steamed 5-10 minutes. After that, my group was gathering everything placed on the plate and decorated so beautifully.
When I joined this event. I have a feeling that everyone is an excitement to cook very much. We cook with minds focused on the curious will taste delicious. Of course, the most delicious food, because it is my own craftsmanship. I see the harmony of friends within the group. I smile and happy every time I see it.
