The stydy shows
Evidence of liver cirrhosis seen surface nodularity and coarse heterogeneous echogenicity.
Increase number of small round hyperechoic nodules scatter in both lobe liver, size are upto 1.2 cm. The portal and hapatic veins are patent. No bile duct dilatation is observed.
Partial-distended gallbladder. No stone, gallbladder wall thickening or pericholecystic fluid is seen. Sonographic Murghy's sign is negative.
Mild splenomegaly.
The pancreas, both kidneys and partial-distended urinary bladder appear normal.
No ascites or significant lymphadenopathy.
