Well organize and facilitate general administration work to provide effective and efficient support to the operation of the company.
- Facilitate good working and proper working environment.
- Manage, monitor, negotiate and cooperate with landlord for the preparation and renewal of premise lease (rental) agreement of office space including office repair, maintenance, re-layout, renovation and decoration.
- Manage and control stationary, office supplies, office equipment including issuing purchasing requisition to order new office items and maintain sufficient stock level.
- Manage, monitor and control purchasing process.
- Manage and proper control to acquire or dispose the company assets, especially for company cars and fixed assets.
- Timely manage and control all insurance renewal of property and company assets.
- Timely manage and control all services and contracts that will be provided by suppliers.
- Establish and maintain all document management control.
- Manage and control all related risk management, especially for business continuity planning and compliance management of general administration functions.
- Liaise with oversea HR and GA department for information as required.
- Develop reports, filling and controlling all related to general affair tasks and other related documentation system.
- Provide other administrative support as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Female age over 35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in General Affaire function
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
- Able to communicate in English
