Job Descriptions:
• Handle all of HR function i.e. Payroll Compensation and Benefits, check time attendance, OT, Knowledge about HR - Focus Program
• Proceed Time Attendance management
• Handle all administrative work of HR, day-to-day administrative tasks for HR Function
• Handles leave record
• Coordination and support others as a HR team
• Other HR tasks assign by HR Manager
HR Projects:
• Support HR staff engagement activities and project
• HRIS, Assessment tools, Branding initiative program and internship program etc.
Job Specifications:
• Male or Female, 22 - 26 years old.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management or other related fields.
• At least 0-2 years’ experience in Human Resource & Administration
• Excellent communication skill, Co-ordination, Negotiation and inter-personal skill.
• Result oriented, self-driven, high achievement.
• Creative, Multi-tasking Skill, Flexible and able to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with can-do attitude, Highly motivated, WELLorganized and good analytical skills
• Computer proficient; MS Office
