Effect of the 0.5% grapefruit seed extract (GSE), 1% chitosan; 1% chi- tosan with 0.1% grapefruit seed extract (GSE), 0.1% thiabendazole (TBZ) or water treatments on the decay of (a) uninoculated and (b) inoculated ‘Redglobe’ table grapes during storage at 0–1◦C (RH>90%). Inoculated grape clusters were inoculated by spraying them with 1 × 106 conidia/mL of Botrytis cinerea before different treatments.
