Focusing on increasing flexibility and building your core strength, this one hour class will be on offer three times per week throughout February. Your instructor Karol Krauser is a highly experienced Yogi and has designed a sequence of postures suitable for beginners, yet capable of testing experienced Yogis.
Expect to improve your posture, flatten your belly, tone up and feel relaxed.
Join us at 17:00pm each Tuesday & Thursday at the Kathu office and Wednesday at Twin Sands and feel great!
Requirements: Loose comfortable clothing, bring your own yoga mat if you have one.
