And, finally, let’s look at the two particle systems together. As mentioned earlier, you can view and edit more than
one particle system at the same time, by creating a Particle Effect. Basically, you just parent the ones you want to an
existing particle system.
1. Activate Flame Inner and drop it onto Flame Base in the Hierarchy view.
Both particle systems are now animating together.
2. Select the Flame Base and click the Open Editor button.
Here’s the tricky part: you may have to reveal the Flame Inner to see it.
3. Position the cursor over the divider between the component and the graph area.
4. Drag it right to reveal the Flame Inner.
5. Adjust the curve area wider, as needed.
6. Now you can work on either of the particle systems with both active in the viewport
(Figure 11-28).
