Ultrasound of the upper abdomen
History: Abdominal pain
Comparison: 11-5-2015
Findings:
Liver: no focal lesion. Mild coarsening liver echo.
Gallbladder and bile ducts: No stone or mass. No common bile duct or intrahepatic ductal dilatation.
Spleen: Normal in size
Pancreas: Visualized portions are unremarkable.
Kidneys: No stone, hydronephrosis or solid mass. Again seen cyst at the lower pole of the right kidney, size 2.4- cm.
Aorta: Normal caliber.
Peritoneum: No free fluid.
Impression:
Mild coarsening liver echo could be liver parenchymatous disease.
Again seen cyst at the lower pole of the right kidney, size 2.4 cm.
Otherwise, unremarkable
