Generally
Quality is increasingly being recognised as a definite management objective, which can be aspired to and achieved in much the same way as time and cost control.
In a competitive environment, quality is the level of performance required in order to get more of the same work and to win new customers but there is no single definition of quality, and therefore of quality management.
Within any definition of quality management, there are six QA concepts, which should be established and performed in order to support any project.
These six concepts are: quality policy, quality objectives, quality assurance, quality control, quality audit, quality assurance plan and review.
