Actually using the Parashurama angle; what might he have gained from FUG and will it go to Viole?
Bad comparison.
Both Jin Mori and Taek went through several power-ups over course of their fight. Until finally Jin all of sudden went god mode and he got destroyed.
Siu says that Viole vs Mad Dog will be Baam's first even fight, neither of the two are gonna start getting power-ups until Baam turns into god, and trolls him. It's going to be a fair even fight through and through.
To Sagefist: You are right, its a bad comparison now that I realize it. Thanks for pointing it out for me. But....now for the counter......forget the power ups of `The God of High School` for a moment, and just look at it from a personality or characterization point of view. My point in general was that Bhargav will be for Baam his first true test to showcast his strength or powers that he currently possess for this Season 2. And the fight between Bhargav and Baam would be much better choreographed or showcased then Jin Mori and Taek fight without the silly power ups that was seen in `The God of High School`even though it was entertaining for me nonetheless to a certain degree.
To TheNameofUser: First and foremost, thanks for the message you sent me to my file few weeks ago. I don`t often post comments on this forum, so thanks again and sorry for the waiting. Now to your question.......from what I read or know about the Parashurama story, first of all it is known as one of the reincarnations of the hindu god Vishnu himself, since Vishnu was known to be reincarnated several times through different names. It`s a long story but Parashurama was also called or known as Bhargava`or bhargav, hence the name Bhargav. In Indian context, particularly all those born of Bhrigus, known as Bhargavas, were clan sages descending from the ancient fire priest Bhrigu. Some were even prominent warriors in the past. I know, long and boring story I`m trying to explain but bare with it a little longer, please. The one I was thinking of in particular was this one:
The most important part of this argument to answer your question is of the following starting at this point:
Bhargav, son of Sage Jamadagni & Renuka. This Bhargav aka Parashurama is known as the Sixth Avatar of Vishnu. He was a manifestation of the ultimate divinity's need to balance 'dharma' and 'adharma' (harmony = dharma and disharmony = adharma (= sign refering to the word meaning in this case)) and consequently visited justice on many kings who had been abusing their power or had lost a hold on their ethics as protectors of their dominions. His time of activity comes to a close when he encounters Lord Rama (another of the avatars of Lord Vishnu).
A female variant of this name is Bhargavi
The bold highlighted statement above is important to the following point:
Anyhow, getting to the point now, the character Bhargav from the Tower of God according to SIU was someone who worked for Baylord Yama of FUG (Slayer Number 7) until Bhargav left FUG himself that is, and decided to stop climbing the Tower itself. This is what Reflejo was explaining to Baam in this chapter:
http://mangafox.me/manga/tower_of_god/v02/c071/29.html - starting on this page of the chapter.
SO, how do these 2 characters Bhargav of Vishnu and Bhargav from the `Tower of God`relate to one another?
Well...as I stated in the above, Bhargav of Vishnu was someone who attacked and killed kings who abuse their power. Its more complex than that obviously, but google it one day when you got time. Anyhow....see the pattern? Bhargav from the TOG webtoon is trying to kill regulars who are affiliated with FUG itself, why? I'm sure there is a reason for it but we will know soon enough from SIU. One thing for sure as to why Bhargav or Varagarv (as changed by SIU again) hates FUG is because of some tragic reason or some personal reason that perhaps went against Bhargav's code of morality or ethics or whatever you want to call it, and ever since, came to disagree with the methods of FUG or something along those lines. Baylord Yama (Slayer Number 7) if I had guess, seems to look like a Chinese Triad boss or Drug Lord boss (with physical power as bonus since he is a slayer) who has a vast amount of underground connections in the underworld of the Tower of God and probably abused his use power for his own selfish greed and desires.
