14. Bachelor Degree or higher in Human resource management, Political Science or related HR field.
15. At least 5 years’ working experience in Human resource filed.
16. Experienced in HRD function especially Performance Appraisal.
17. Good understanding of government regulations.
18. Strong knowledge of labour law.
19. Strong working knowledge of compensation fundamentals.
20. Strong working knowledge of employment law issues and the ability to apply these to a variety of Situations.
21. Good interpersonal, communication skill, good team work and be able to work as team leader.
