Please kindly be informed about meeting room usage at Laem Chabang branch, as you may know well we had usage "Meeting Room Form" since Year 2011 till now,
please use format as attached file for booking and kindly reply to me before use at least 1 day.
We're would like to serve all SGLT same standard but first priority are SGLT's customer, LCB's internal department and the other by first come first serve.
How to book (External user - other branch);
1. Submit "Meeting Room Request Form" as attached (size of meeting room base on customer's number, equipment's requirement by LBAM)
2. Send your requirement by e-mail to person in charge as below:

How to book (LCB branch);
1. For LCB's member, kindly continue and submit "Meeting Room Usge" same as usually.
