thanks for your request. The capacity would be around 1 to 1.4 t/hr. It depends on the injection rate and on the product. On the pictures you sent me there were bone-in pork legs and also boneless muscles. For the boneless products we can reach the 1.4t/hr. For the bone in it would be less.
The machine makes between 10 to 65 strokes per minute. As there is only one drive for the head and the belt together the speed of the belt depends on the chosen speed. With the max speed of 65 strokes per minute and the max belt movement of 36mm per stroke the belt speed could be 2,34m/ minute. But this is a theoretical speed as normally they cannot run the machine with full speed to reach up to 25%.
