After further investigation with additional technical help, we finally found out what causes the issue. As always I will talk to you frankly, we have nothing to hide and we are here for the long term.

You all know that after buying new packs, it took around 5 hours or more for these packs to get earnings. This was not a glitch but the normal behavior of the script. What happened after server upgrade is that the script considered ALL PACKS AS NEW PACKS, thus, no earnings.

Unfortunately the script is encoded so it was not possible for us to understand why this happened in order to fix it, and the official support remains unreachable.

So what is happening now is that the script progressively "validates" packs and gives them earnings again, starting from the older packs until it reaches your last purchased packs and everything is back to 100% normal.

We made the estimation that it will take 5 to 7 days for all packs being reactivated.

I understand some members are unhappy with this situation and we are sorry for it again

BUT as promised, there will be serious compensation for this issue, as soon as all packs are back to normal earnings, WE WILL BE OFFERING +3% DAILY FOR THE TIME THE PROBLEM LASTED.

So in the end, you won't loose any money but you will even get more than if this issue never happened. You will get full financial compensation + compensation for the trouble !

Remember we always did what we announced, it will be the same this time.
