Please be confirmed that the situation really occur as following:
1.Mismatch
We are clearly patch the model name. Next times, we will patch serial no. since we understand that all model is same. Your service need to share the data for us to learn
how many model or version and software version for eah model. (you may send table and part picture for our refernce, please)
Yes ,please patch both the S/N and model name before send them to me for repair. We’ll do the same after repair from now on.

HOWEVER, please see our attached file. Every times we send you the part we have send all your standard detail which inclding Seriral no. AND if you get our part and yourselves
still cannot clearify that which part no. need to match with which version firmware then HOW COME WE KNOW.
I’ll have to say the details on failure information is not very clear ,especially on column “confirmed malfunction” .There is always a simple word “try change something is OK” instead of detailed information on malfunction phenomenon which is pretty important for troubleshooting during repair. So please help collecting necessary information for us to better judge and repair spare parts. This will also help on the problem you mention below as 2-3 times back and forth repair.
The mismatch between part and firmware is not happen in one times in one units. The cooperation from your service are low careful in detail. We need to send back and forth
for 2-3 times in most times you send us the part. This is you need to do something to help us since your service fail in good detail.
If the case happen that the part you send to us then cannot be used for repairing. We will send the whole unit back direct to you and deny to repair here by any cost effect will be your response. Again we have promote the service ganrrantee to customer within 15 days. We will apply our unit in our inventory to support customer if you do not send the repared units back in time. The units we used for spare to customer we may have service charge and we will invoice to you by case.
Repair time has always been 10 working days from the date we receive spare parts to the day we send repaired parts back. We’ll try our best to comply with this agreed time.
2.Case study.
2.1 LM25 There are 27 units failed from 80 units (34%FRR) since 11/2/2014 major caused by Prism. There are 7 units repaired and send to customer and send back more than twice. These 7 units customers do not want take and ask for new units. PLEASE SUGGEST HOW WE DO (we could not sell these 7 units to anywhom).
please send these 7 prism to me for repair. And after you have them back, please do an upgrade on the main boards as I told Kea before ,this will prevent the prism problem from happening again.
2.2 LM50 There are the unit after sent the LM50 main PCB for repairing and after received your PCB back and put in the LM50 the unit still fail and we fail to delivery to customer. We need to wait Grace sent 3 times of the firmware before the task done. Why you need to do one task in 4 times. 1st. PCB sent back from you have LW28 firmware instead of LM50 firmware. 2nd-3rd you send the error firmware that we cannot up LM50 firmware. 4th you send new firmware and the task done. CAN YOU TELL HOW YOUR INTERNAL PROCESS PROBLEM.
For these problem ,I have nothing to say but apologize ,it shouldn’t have happened and will never happen again ,we’ll find some way to prevent this kind of miss internally.
2.3 LW24 The service support from you are the same way. We often need to repair and get back to your service more than 1 time. PLEASE EXPLAN WHY.
3.What we need.
We need the PCB(match firmware) and match Prism for LM25 for 5 sets and LW24 for 5 sets in Dec 2014. We understand that the coming failure units will come.
