2.4. Statistical analysis
Differences between measurements were determined using
one-way ANOVA and Fisher’s LSD test with the software GraphPad
Prism v6.03. Differences were considered significant when p values
were lower than 0.05. Principal component analysis (PCA) using
Unscrambler X 10.3 (CAMO ASA, Oslo, Norway) was carried out
for reducing the dimensionality of data and for finding the best
differentiation among samples.
