Isochronic tones does not require headphones, but, depending on your
sound system, the settings, etc, the tones can sound different. I prefer
to use my headset or ear buds, it gives me a "better" experience. Don't
have the volume up too loud when using a headset or ear buds.

I have to thank you!!!! I am feeling so much better today. I listened yesterday and felt a little better in general, right after, but didn't think too much about it after that. But interestingly enough, I woke up for the first time in years, I mean years.....with no immediate back pain, and I have chronic severe back pain! I am listening to it again right now as I type this, and my cat is pasted to my side pressed in as hard as she can be and purring at what sounds much like the same frequency and as loud as I have ever heard her too! I think she can tell there is a benefit of some kind, because I have never seen her act like this. I will keep you posted. But thank you! Please keep this posted and keep doing this type of work. I myself love helping people and I volunteer much of my time, so I really appreciate seeing other people who also feel kind enough to do similar for others. Thank you!

There is no need for headphones when listening to isochronic tones, the audio is a one pure sine tone. It's only when you listen to binaural tones that you need headphones, it works differently. Two different frequencies in each ear, creates a third frequency, that's why you need headphones. Chose a volume that feels good for you.

Hi Thank you. I will post this to my blog. I find this one helpful. I was reading your comment on pairing frequencies. I can see what you mean about being more effective to use one at a time for the pure tones. I am just curious however how other tones can be used to heal ocean water with all the other competing natural frequency tones inherent within a natural environment and yet they are effective when used for such purposes. Anyway I will keep your comment on this in mind when I am mentioning these in my blog.....thank you for sharing.
